The 60-Day Fit Guarantee

You have 60 days from delivery to test your AvenLife socks. Wear
them. Wash them. Walk in them. If the size isn't right, we'll fix
it — without making you ship anything back.

How to claim a size exchange

  1. Email contact@avenlife.com within 60 days
  2. Include your order number + the size you'd like + your new
     calf measurement (the widest part) and shoe size
  3. We ship your replacement within 24 hours
  4. You keep the original pair — gift it, donate it, use it

No return shipping. No restocking fee. No "must be unworn with
tags." We trust you.

Want a refund instead of an exchange?

If you'd rather have your money back than a replacement, just say
so in your email within 60 days of delivery. We process the refund
to your original payment method within a few business days. You
don't need to mail the socks back — your honesty is enough.

Damaged or wrong product?

Email a photo to contact@avenlife.com. We replace it free, no
questions, no return needed.

Outside 60 days

We can't process exchanges or refunds after 60 days. If you're
unsure about fit before you order, email us — we'll help you pick
the right size before you buy.

EU residents

EU customers have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period from the
day after delivery to cancel for any reason without justification.
This is in addition to our 60-Day Fit Guarantee.
