Welcome to AvenLife. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your
access to and use of avenlife.com (the "Site") and the products
and services offered through it. By accessing the Site or placing
an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your
jurisdiction, to place an order. By using the Site, you represent
that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to
enter a binding contract.

2. Products and Pricing

We strive to display product colors and details accurately, but we
cannot guarantee that your device displays them perfectly. Slight
variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur between the
images on the Site and the physical product. Prices are listed in
US Dollars unless otherwise noted and are subject to change without
notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse or
cancel orders at our discretion.

3. Ordering and Payment

When you place an order, you authorize us to charge your selected
payment method for the order total including any taxes and shipping
fees. Order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your
order — we reserve the right to cancel any order before shipment
for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, or
suspected fraud.

4. Shipping

international shipments. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon
our delivery of the products to the carrier.

5. Returns and Refunds

See our Refund & Return Policy. Our 60-Day Fit Guarantee applies
to all sock orders.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, images, logos, graphics,
and design — is owned by AvenLife or our licensors and is
protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property
laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative
works without our prior written permission.

7. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with the operation of the Site
  • Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Site without consent
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation

grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use,

fullest extent permitted by law, including warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Our products are not medical devices. While many customers wear
AvenLife socks for support related to varicose veins, edema,
lymphedema, diabetes, or pregnancy, our products are not a
substitute for medical advice or prescription compression garments
your doctor or specialist may recommend. Consult your healthcare
provider before use if you have any underlying condition.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AvenLife's liability for
any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site is
limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the
claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold AvenLife harmless from any claims
arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the
Site.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any
dispute will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales,
unless local consumer protection law gives you the right to bring
proceedings in your country of residence.

14. Automated Access

You may not use bots, scrapers, or automated agents to access the
Site without our prior written consent. Any automated tool used
with permission must identify itself in its user-agent string and
must not impersonate human behavior.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated"
date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use
of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised
Terms.
